The ending is kind of...vague, basically the last page it's a new term therefore Kazuya has the day off from work so Shizumori asks if she can come over to his house. The last panel basically says there are a lot of things she wants to talk about, I'm guessing she finally has the courage to confess to Kazuya? I don't know it's hard to tell really. Earlier in the chapter the bad guy essentially says he's gonna impregnate her and she says she's being watched being impregnated but I don't think that part is really important just dramatic effect, though it's possible that's what she was going to confess to Kazuya at the end. Really doubtful by the expressions at the end.

Definitely want an epilogue to at least have some closure. Or maybe the 2nd OVA will explain things better *crosses fingers*

Edit for clarity/context: I want to mention that nowhere does she seem truly mindbroken or stating the usual NTR phrase that she can't live without cocks. One reason I like netori is because it often involves a character that works hard to get (and steal, but not always, like in this one it's not like they were a couple to start with) a girl while the character who is on the side of being "stolen" from isn't really trying that hard in the first place.
Saying that if you don't make sure nobody is going to steal the person you love you don't really love her/him is probably a bit far-fetched but I still don't like characters who think everything is going to be alright while not making any move. Romance is like war, if you wait for other countries to invade you're going to cry, if you're not going to play agressive at least make sure the defences on your borders are solid.
