excuse me, but I still can't understand at all what the last part of this doujin means. What does the conversation between Parsee and Yuugi imply? It mentions a bar opened by "we", but what exactly does it include? Yukari and who? And what happened to that brewer who had sex with Yuugi? Is he dead because of an old age?

This is quite surprising! I wasn't expecting a translation of this to ever come, but there it is.

Hmm....Parsee seems to be implying that the human that Yuugi has a crush on opened a bar near the bridge that joins the surface world with the underground. Hence why she talks about the master (this is a word we don't use in american english for bartenders) serving good sake. Also explains why she emphasizes that she's jealous of Yuugi.
