looks to me like the boy in the window from page 04, somehow is able to make himself look like a little girl or took the little girl's "skin" to that the other girls "skin"

At least that's what it looks like happen to me.

The guy you can see on page 4 has a so-called "TS Note" which enables him to do basically anything gender-bender related. He turns into a little girl to get close to Keine (the white-haired woman). His penis sticks out at the end because, as he said, the spell that turned him into a little girl must have worn off.

She got turned into a skinsuit, so like wearing it turns him into her...ugh it freaks me out too, I like the normal possession thing better. Though he does say he'll turn her back to normal afterwards at least.
