I don't know if your objection is really fair here, it's a pretty complex situation. Altria is technically married to Guinevere sure, but it was pretty much all politics, and it's actually a pretty important and key plot point that Guinevere and Lancelot were in love with each other and Altria knew and was OK with it. Altria also got enchanted/seduced by Morgana (hence Mordred) which is probably what that first scene is, hence all the lights off and everything, but you can't claim anything out of that. She suppressed her humanity her whole life to be the "perfect king" too.

On Iris' side, Kiritsugu loves her but is also completely devoted to his ideal, and she is absolutely going to die. She's both a partly defect homunculus and vessel for the Lesser Grail. Kiri also canon sleeps with Maya, but it's not exactly cheating their either, it's a complex situation in a really dark scenario. I wouldn't blame anyone there.
