LOL the anime is basically kosu, do not take it seriously. The scrip did suggest he's got no balls, but as far as I know without balls you can not have sex, and he did go to bed with DT, with the simple fact DT is DT we can say DT was the one fucked, so he must have got the ball. Anyway, just don't take it seriously.

Well, the final episode of Ixion Saga DT pretty much answered the "does Mariandale have balls or not" question. We now know he had balls all along, and we found out in the silliest, most amusing way I could think of.
