Art is pretty nice, although some of Carn's work are (in my opinion) vastly superior to this (for example the Amagami stuff). Story is really bad, even for a netorare story, which are not really imaginative in general. But this has never been his strong point.

Overall I guess it's OK, but there is much better work of him out there.

I'd like to see a story like this end with the girl greeting the guy she's crushing on just like Tama on page 32 and the guy instantly falls in love with her. It would be a great twist for the entire supposed tricking of the girl to be 100% legit.
