Now, seeing as there were some people trying to figure out what was going on in this chapter since the translation available wasn't easily comprehensible, I decided to dig for the raw and translate it myself.
Now, take note that I did it quite quick so there wasn't a real proofreading and the editing is kinda rough so I apologize for any mistakes. Also, I'm not into colored redraws so I took the easy path and just plastered the bubbles white. If you're an experienced editor and have interest in redoing this with proper redrawings, feel free to contact me and I can send you the .xfc files I created (those are gimp files, for those who don't know). That way you can use them and only worry about doing the redraws instead of having to do all the typing again.

Ok, still, the story may not be that straightforward even translated so if you still couldn't get it what happened, I'll write how I understood below so be sure to read the comic first before reading on.

So, what I could understand from it is that they both know about the other's secret kinkys, but they don't admit. Pages 1 (lower half), 2 and 3 are the husband's confession about his wife's fetishes and pages 4 and 5 are the wife's confession about his husband's fetishes. Pages 1, last panel of page 3, last panel of page 5 and 6 is what they're doing at present time (fucking, duh).

Anyway, if you understood it differently, feel free to discuss.

In my opinion she is not cheating, he just imagines the wife fetish, as the wife imagines the husband fetish on pages 4-5.
The key passages are in the second page, where the hubby talks about a "chat history" (not an image gallery), and in the fifth page where the wife is almost cumming just imagining the husband "dominated" by her.
The only "sad" thing is that they don't openly talk about their fetishes to each other in the end, but it's a great story anyway. :)
