I love Sanbun but this by far is the weakest thing he's ever made. It's like he took all the generic cliches of NTR and put them together without a story. It eliminates the build up and suspense and skips straight to the reveal, then it doesn't even have an ending.

Don't know the exact details since I can't read Japanese but sanbun has apparently released a comic of this. Might reveal the backstory in there.
