That's what makes Eden Rei one of my favorite Eva doujins, it's a somewhat rare case of vanilla Rei. I think it would be kind of nice to see an actual romantic pregnancy occur, rather than it being the usual end result of a violent NTR gangbang rape, which is usually par for the course on Eva works. Although the part with Kaworu is unsettling, I'm worried he might start some NTR shit here soon. Or worse, start making passes at SHINJI. As for Rei, I've suspected she -was- pregnant for a while, since the last page of Eden Rei 11.
