That's a bad case of UGUU~ and alien eyes...

It's a shame that the eyes looks so weird. The rest is pretty good. I think the problem with the eyes is that half of them are solid black. If they had clearly define white part around the iris and the the pupil being the only solid black part, then it would probably have been fine. They are a bit too pointy and a bit too far apart as well.
