What's going on here is the main char went to his mad scientist friend who had created a younger body of the MC and transferred the MC's consciousness into that body without his consent. When the scientist friend tried to transfer his consciousness back to the original body it didn't work so the main char is stuck for some time in a younger body of himself.

Basically this isn't NTR, cheating or anything. It's the same main character, it's just that his consciousness was placed into a younger version of himself.

Edit: going with one girl will end with that girl, going with all end with two options, get back in old body then fuck all of the female, this would not make them pregnant, or stay in young body, this would make all of them pregnant at the end.
