I never play this game but I can somwhat guess about the knife reference: That girl's mind is broken and she believes that she is the only girl for the MC. Her twisted love causes her to threaten of killing the MC should he cheat on her with other girls because she would rather have him dead than not sharing him wih other girls. Those kinds of girls are whom we called YANDERE! This is a common ocurrence in this type of setting.

Here are some examples: Hentai Anime: AFTER CLASS LESSON, NIGHT SHIFT NURSES, and the infamous anime SCHOOL DAYS!

Not only it does happen quite often in the hentai virtual world, it did actually happen in real life as well such as the news about a Chinese man got his manhood cut off by his wife becase she suspected of him being unfaithful, google it lol.

He usahjj asked about the knife and I tried as much as possible to explain it by guessing using similar examples and situations from other series. I did state that I've never play this game before so how could I know. I did play SCHOOL DAYS though so most yandere I have known from other series will most likely kill or inflict pain on MC so I thought the knife in PIC135 was an indication for that. It is guesswork based on CG pictures because I neither have the time nor money for this game anyway.
