Netorare has no relationship to "willingness", and if it does it's the exact opposite of what you stated. One can argue that the vast majority of NTRs feature rape, and the very definition of rape is "non-consensual sex." The attacking party often uses varying means to overpower their target(s), which includes but is not limited to: drugs (why is this not tagged, btw?), mind control, bondage/restraining, etc.

In fact, most cases of "consensual netorare" are probably cheating, because if both parties were consenting beforehand, they probably just wanted a quick fuck, and would probably want to entirely AVOID alerting their spouses/significant others of the unfaithfulness. Classic NTR is characterized by the progression of unwillingness > willingness, with the end result being the discovery by the NTR'd significant other. This is why it is rage-inducing and why it is described as the girlfriend/wife/whatever being "stolen." If she was not loyal to the male significant other in the first place, there wouldn't be anything to steal.

It can easily be argued that at this time the last thing she would want is to be fucked by tentacles/space aliens, even if you don't know a word of Japanese (which I don't, so please correct me if the page's dialogue says otherwise).

- Page 05 (https://e-hentai.org/s/2291388b95/642255-5) to page 12 (https://e-hentai.org/s/0e6967647d/642255-12) shows the beginning stages of the rape, in which **the girlfriend is drugged to be made more compliant** - this is important because it demonstrates that she would not do this consensually.

- Pages 13 and 14 (https://e-hentai.org/s/3b3fb102f0/642255-13 and https://e-hentai.org/s/3decf077b9/642255-14 respectively) shows the boyfriend being alerted to the fact that his girlfriend is indeed being raped by tentacle monsters. Judging by the facial expressions, the girlfriend seems to still be against the prospect of monster sex, but can no longer resist physically, which shows the effectiveness of the drugs (once again, I do not speak a word of Japanese. If the dialogue contradicts what I'm saying, correct me).

- Paraphrasing the majority of the rest of the gallery, pages 16 (https://e-hentai.org/s/2b4452cb04/642255-16) to 40 (https://e-hentai.org/s/36045e4820/642255-40) show her steadily losing her will to resist and becoming more and more willing and obedient.

- The clincher and most important part to this is page 41 (https://e-hentai.org/s/a71be5a2bb/642255-41) and page 42 (https://e-hentai.org/s/148942ea21/642255-42), where it once again shows the boyfriend, who can clearly see that his girlfriend has been NTR'd/stolen.

I apologize for reacting so fiercely to your comment, Lord Janus, but the one thing that bothers more than anything else is an incorrectly tagged gallery. This particular gallery falls quite clearly, to me at least, under the tentacle-filled variant of netorare.

On the topic of incorrect tags, I agree with Galaxor. There's no breast expansion in here, and if there is it's so nondescript and unnoticeable that it doesn't even warrant the tag. People, drugs into the nipples/breasts ≠ BE. There's a reason it's called "expansion".
