A slightly bittersweet tale of love born from love lost.

This gave me very similar vibes to that Isao story where the guy got NTR'd, but managed to hook up with the fine waitress at the end. I'd have no problem blazing through NTR if the victim was able to get redeeming endings like this.

Usually, NTR is when the girl gets stolen through fucking and/or mind-breaking. This didn't happen, since he was the only one in love with her, while she wasn't. I mean, they were just childhood friends, not lovers.

Still, good ending (and this is why it can't be an NTR, since NTR doesn't have good endings... besides Cast Aoi, but that is a different story).

Yeah, I'm not really sure this is NTR.
I know some people are saying "It has a happy ending, it can't be NTR!" but I've seen some NTR with happy endings...
But rather, I don't think this is NTR, because the guy never had a relationship with the girl beyond platonic friends. Yeah, there's a brief bit of that emotional gut-punch NTR is known for...

But anyway, main plot, I think it's a cute story to have two people who were left hanging emotionally found each other to fill the void of their own closest friends hooking up.

I wouldn't count this as NTR. At least, I don't think that's the major theme of the story. It's mostly about faux rebound sex, and I say "faux" because rebound sex is usually after a break-up. It may or may not turn into something good, but I digress.

Pages 3 and 4 are contradictory, in page 3 she says doing it with senpai feels good(obviously inferring sex) and then in page 4 it shows her being deflowered since those black droplets mixed in with his gushing semen are most likely blood.

Note that there are a lot of NTR works where the protag and heroine isn't in a romantic relationship with each other.
Hell in True Blue, the game that popularized NTR as a genre and considered a classic, the MC and the heroine are just childhood friends.

And it's pretty common. More examples:

Oh, and for posterity's sake: this is not ntr, don't confuse people. You have to look at what you're going to jerk off to inside each individual chapter (tl;dr lacks presence). Here it's just an introduction to set up to the romance sex later on. If the whole chapter was that girl and the douche together having sex, and only at the end you saw mc got with braids, then it would be different. Yes, Tenchi Ryu's example (Isao) is accurate.

I get that this could be the after story of a lot of netorare works where after a whole chapter/series the dude finds his love interest fucking someone else and, instead of ending there, he finds someone else, fucks her and become a happy couple. Just wondering from those 4 characters who is gonna tell their childfriend first about not going to school together anymore LOL.
What i dont get is, if this is considered female:netorare, then it should also be tagged as male:netorare, because both characters are in the same boat.

People should learn that netorare isnt about cheating, but about the one you love being taken by someone else.
You can be netorared even if the girl is your mom or sister or a friend, it doesnt need to be your lover.
