I don't know if this counts as ntr yet, although if sequels are made, it definitely could become real NTR (and since I am unfamiliar with the author, I don't know how likely that is). This is the scenario were the boy's parents are dead, apparently left a monetary debt that burdens the life of their son, and the girl offers to do anything to alleviate that burden. So the rich guy asks to have sex with her, and he does. However, the important part is that she dislikes it the whole time. Even those pages were she begs him to do it, or in the last page where she says yes to continuing that relationship, it is extremely clear (and augmented with her thoughts being made clear to the reader) that she only says that because if she said no or did not beg him to continue, he would cease the suspension of the debt. She is think of the boy the whole time. She is never mindbroken and she, asides from making sexual sounds, never thinks in her head things like "why is it feeling good", "my body is getting hot", etc. She never thinks those. So she isn't mindbroken, nor is she even close.

Unless a sequel is made that actually starts mindbreaking her (I personally hope not), she is having forced sex, not NTR sex.
At the very least, this is my view on the subject.

so, again, a bland case of the impossible thing "YOUR PARENTS made the debt YOU have to pay" and "I love HIM but I WILL DO ANYTHING TO HELP" without the Love Interest noticing OF COURSE even though she screams in agony and him being just beyond the door and still not hearing ANYTHING. No Man (and he has to be if hes been living alone for so long) would be so dumb to think that a debt can be transferred like this without at least a court judging to make it lawful.
But the most awful part he didn't hear that instead of the house door a room door was opened AND closed, IN HIS OWN HOUSE!!!

Even if Vanilla is sometimes boring, NTR is just impossible and suggests less intelligence than a loaf of bread by all the characters (NTRed NTRer and NTRee in the same) but Vanilla on the other hand is rushed and overbearing the most time but still possible in a way.
NTR is just dumb (as in unintelligent)...
