as i said, in page 27 and 28 kinda makes it sad, due how the narration said, so not on the terms of toying the heroine, but rather that the base has forgotten her, simply put its like the family has left her and she ended on vague future.. so for people who do like "vanilla" kind story like me, well page 27 and 28 ruins the mood that was nicely builds even from the cover.

You should have known Fuetakishi from earlier works of Fukuyama-san, author loved to depict heroine as bitch in heat getting played around by her lover like a toy. It is not 100% pure vanilla because of the toy domination part.

The initial setup remembers me of OMG, Morisato Keiichi was the first thing I thought after read the page 07-08, overall I like all the first part, & the kiss on the page 19 is very good too; besides I love the girl, she is just the perfect tsundere type to be tamed, even if it is in a "lovey-dovey" way, on the other hand & after seeing the page 27, is this perhaps even a bit NTR? beacause if it is (which now I strongly suspect) this book is perfect.

On page 5 you translated it as "But I never imagined that destroyers could maneuver like that during night warefare". But in the original Japanese she's talking about cut-ins during night battle. You completely removed the reference to cut-ins. That's not random mumbo-jumbo, it's a specific thing that happens during the game which anyone who's played it ought to be familiar with.

I know most people here probably haven't played it and would miss that reference, but KanColle certainly does have a western fanbase. And little nods to the game like that are things the fans would appreciate.

Most of i read Kancolle doujinshi are a mecha-girl goes fuck with a guy(white uniform Teitoku/Admiral, same at pg 27) with no face (or sometime with face), and i was getting tired to reading a Kancolle doujnshi.
But this doujinshi is kinda different from other, so I kinda like it.

But hey, I'm not saying that I like this doujinshi because of "vanilla" or whatever.

i think some folks may be overreacting, this may not be lovey-dovey/pure vanilla, but its light-years away from NTR or mind-break(especially NTR).
