I just got tired of waiting for the translation so I studied a bit of Japanese and Simply read Kanji similar to what was in the doujin and this is basically what came up in my head :p Sorry if it's not perfect.

OK doujin overall. It's cool to see Ino and Tenten get fucked for a change instead of just Sakura. Still, the parts with Ino and Tenten felt underdeveloped and short; Ino just gives a blowjob and Tenten just takes it up the ass? Such a tease. The part with Hinata was relatively boring, too. I don't care much for the bonus part of TsunadexShizune from Tao, either. The comic's main redeeming quality is just that the NarutoxSakura material is as hot as ever, although predictable and uninteresting since Karakishi Youhei-Dan has done it over and over again.

Overall, this doujin had a great concept, but the execution was too flawed. It seems to me that Karakishi Youhei-Dan draws Sakura all the time because that's probably what would sell the most, but I think he/she should still make sure to draw at least one more woman in his doujins. I can see why he/she would have trouble drawing several women in one doujin like he did here, but I don't think he/she would have trouble drawing just two in a doujin. How about a doujin with Sakura and Ino, a doujin with Sakura and Karin, a doujin with Sakura and Tenten, and a doujin with Sakura and Karui? Fuck yes.
