In my experience, it's not necessary to translate most sound effects (since they're usually pretty obvious). Also, I doubt most people pay much attention to the sound effects anyways, when they're fapping (unless they have and SFX fetish, lol :). My memory might off here, but wasn't this censored when originally released? If so you may want to rename the gallery; usage guidelines say that [Uncensored] is for works that were released like that by the original author, and to use [Decensored] instead for things that had censorship removed by a third-party.
