Fred's trolls are an offshoot of the elven race that has a genetic defect that manifest their magical power as added mussel mass instead of usable magic. The racial hatred is due to the evles trying to purge the trolls. Most young trolls are fairly human looking but as they hit middle age they look a bit more like the Hulk .

Edit: My God... I don't think there are words for how hot that is... I absolutely love the expressions of the characters. Personal favorites are Silk on page 12 panel 3, Page 13 last panel, and page 20 second to last panel. Stallion Page 16 panel 3.

Seriously, they're just too filled with lust and passion to not be totally immersed in each other. You can practically feel their lust and love coming off the pages. Fred ...dude, if I wasn't broke, I'd be throwing money at you right now.
