To any that come across this but don't speak the language and want to know the ending, i will tell you. The story is NTR all the way through except the ending. The boy is turned on by seeing her like that. He accepts her despite the fact that she betrayed him. He still loves her and she loves him as well, so they decide to make it work despite the cheating. They are both basically out of their minds at the end and decide to be with one another. So it is a happy ending since he is quite happy as well as her. If he was continuously down and felt like he lost her forever, i would consider this NTR, but this is not a NTR story all the way through.
