I'm not a translator, someone else translated this a few years ago. I'm just fixing it up some so there aren't any ugly white text boxes.

Since I can't read Japanese I can't really say anything about the quality of what has been translation, but all the untranslated text and white text boxes leads me to believe it could be done much better.

I was going to see about getting a group to do DL-RO Perfect Collection but there is already a bounty for 1 and 2.
