Reminds of the that glitch where the Mannequins start walking around because ghosts.

Actually this seems based off the glitch in Solitude where if you do certain things to your house the mannequins will start walking around like npcs. Its really unnerving.
@Lord.lukas I don't know but I've never known Bethesda to ever fix anything so maybe.
