Well I just happened to have seen this, and well I figured I'd drop the plot. It's better fit for a drama instead of a hentai. Saying it mostly because despite the art and sound, the story content was hard to find sensual. I ain't a true vanilla-fag, but the characters and story were too annoying for me to get over.

So, you got this king with a bad past (the story never says), who has his kingdom conquer an elf one. Then comes all the killing of the men and raping of the women. Yea, great, sets the romantic mood like some lit candles. Anyways, along the way he has two sisters captured, royal family elves of course. Then, he goes off on making a sex slave out of one of them. The other he forces to become a general in army, fighting for his genocidal war on elves. All this comes on the condition of freedom for her and her sister.

So, just for the lulz, he pretends to murder the shit out of her sex-slave sister. This leads into a 'consensual' sexual encounter between him and the sister-general. He proceeds to take her virginity none too gently, and then in the morning he reveals to her (and she is distraught as shit) that the sister is alive. Alive and in a mental hospital recovering from all the mind-breaking. He gives her a map and invitation and shit because he "loves her".

So... Good end? Kinda. I guess you can see it as one despite him traumatizing two women: one from rape and enslavement and the other with PTSD over killing her own people. Seriously, the things shitbags do for love! Him and Alvus would see eye to eye.
