Elgringo, Just in case you do not know. There is no mistake in the hiragana. In japanese this is known as 鼻濁音. Do some research about it. It exists for all the entire 「が」行。

The pronunciation for 「か゜」 is between a 「な」and 「が」 pronnciation would be closer to something like "nga"
Same with all the rest

「き゜」「に」and「ぎ」"ngi"
「く゜」「ぬ」and「ぐ」"ngu"

「こ゜」「の」and「ご」"ngo"

A good example would be the word メガネ、the 「が」in メガネ is actually pronounced as 「か゜」。another example would be 日本語 where the 「ご」in にほんご is pronounced as 「こ゜」

Read it up if you can, there is no mistake in the katakana nor hiragana. And it's pretty difficult to explain how 鼻濁音(びだくおん)works in english.
