I've been waiting to see what this doujinshi had in store for a while. Feels like it's lacking a lil' something *cough* paizuri in my case *cough* but patchouli is just too good. That voluptuousness more than makes up for it.

edit: Woi_Barrah is right, Karakishi Youhei-dan is a doujin circle. Sunahara Wataru is (presumably) the main artist of that circle, while this guy here, Sentarou, is another known member.

This is a different artist from the Karakishi circle that Sunahara Wataru is a part of. I think he's the only one whose stuff is uploaded here so everyone just thinks his name is actually Karakishi when that's actually the group he's part of.
