It may have technically been a harem anime, but there was never any doubt who would win.

EDIT: Like I said, harem ANIME. The adaptation is what most if not all of these images are based on or from, not the source novels, and makes it dry humpingly clear that she comes first, and that's what I was commenting on.

Also, poor popioo. I hope the surgery for the stick up their ass goes well.

Unlike most harems, the harem in Campione is more than a technicality. The author has spared no effort to give all 4 main haroines roughly equal spotlight in the long run, and has mentioned many times that as a Campione, Godou has no need to choose. He can have them all.

Another matter is, WILL he choose nonetheless. He's such a prude, he might well want to hold on to "normal" conventions, despite the ease with which he could circumvent them. IF he makes a choice, I'd consider Erica the strongest candidate.

Of course, whatever his choice, he most likely won't make it till the end of the series. I can't help feeling pity for the girls. Godou is incredibly stubborn in his prudish ways, never accepting their advances beyond the necessary kisses. The man might as well be a goddamn eunuch, lol.

I'm curious how people can say she got upstaged. As Krozam put it, the heroines all get distributed screentime which is something I like about this series.

Every girl gets a story in where they're the main partner or gets the most focus. In every novel where they aren't the focus, they still tend to get some notable scenes or are part of a duo/group scene. She actually got the most focus if anything.

Erica : Volumes 1, 3, 5, 11, 16 (Stirring of Heroes is the new content and title of the volume)
Mariya: Volumes 2, 13
Liliana: Volumes 4, 12, 15 (she should have been the focus but got upstaged)
Ena: Volume 16 (Erlang Blu-ray bonus side story)

Vol 06 - Hikari, Erica fight, Mariya got the kiss
Vol 07 - Luo Hao, everyone got the kiss
Vol 08 - side stories
Vol 09 - Athena, Ena
Vol 10 - Lancelot, everyone got the kiss
Vol 14 - Aisha, Erica, Ena
Vol 17 - Luo Hao, Mariya, Ena

She even got Godou to internally admit that they're a couple in 17 after her stunt in volume 16.

If anyone got upstaged, it would be Liliana whose volume 15 was a poor showing due to Mariya beating her to the punch and Erica showing a better fight. That was the only time in where I felt bad for a heroine in this series. It's a damn shame because Liliana had one of the stronger introductory arcs too. I wish the author treated Liliana's stories better.
