@DooMLess: All you need is a relatively recent graphics card, not a super buff PC. You don't even need a gaming card, just one that came out after the advent of 4K content. My current card is two generations behind and does 4K without issue. Haven't bothered testing to see if my PC can do it without the graphics card's help.
