Some folks in the Boku no Hero Academia thread on /a/ threw this my way a few days ago, so I've gone ahead and translated and typeset it.
The last image wasn't part of the original short doujin, but rather was something else I was asked to translate from the same artist, so I went ahead and included it.
My usual work is simply typesetting and cleaning, and I've never really worked on manga before, so please forgive any mistakes.
