Loki-sama would never allow such an ending to take place. Whatever happens it has to be funny and messed up.
That said, it should be pretty obvious that Takeru is just a "decoy love interest".
Mizuki is going to end up with Yumeko. The manga has been pretty much spelling it out that she is either going to end up as a guy or she is going to end having a yuri relationship with Mizuki. My bets though is that she is going to turn into a guy, only for Loki to turn Mizuki back into her normal male self -- queue ending credits and the end of the manga -- leaving it up to the readers to decide if Mizuki got turned back into a girl or of Yumeko became a girl again ect.

That's why I was saying that Yumeko will most likely be turned into a guy. Much like how Mizuki has always acted a bit girly and like "cute things" while Yumeko mentioned that people actually believed she was a bo6yy back when she was a kid 5-7years of age. Yumeko's interests revolve around super sentai, monsters and super robots ect. She collects figurines and well,,, she acts boyish and even did a high kick. She didn't have a problem dressing up as a guy and felt it would be fun to walk around with Mizuki dressed as a girl and mused if people would believe her Mizuki's boyfriend. In the later chapters we are shown that while Mizuki herself paint things such as landscapes ect. Yumeko's drawing style reminds me more of cubism -- an art style affiliated mostly with males ect ect ect

Now I have never really like the idea of the genderswapped boy ending up with a girl since I've always felt it was a bit of a cop-out... but for the first time ever, at least to me I actually find the "normal" girl to be more cuter and more interesting than the genderswap. Well I mean it'd be a shame to turns such a cute girl into a boy, but Yumeko is actually likeable. Try as I do, I can't find anything likeable about Takeru. Certainly he is better than the other males in the story, but the other men are all basically insane perverts. So yeah -- I'm supporting a Yumeko+Mizuki ending.

Normally I would have agreed with you about Yumeko, but the super hard push the manga-ka has done for Takeru make him seem more of a fake love interest. But the manga-ka have been dropping hints about Yumeko being more of a boy thank Mizuki all the time. Her love for Gunpla and anime/manga featuring such things... her boyish nature when she does a kick and forgets she is wearing a skirt... the chapter where she jokes that she should dress as a boy and have a date with Mizuki ect ect ect
These are all just little things -- and you have to remember that Loki doesn't really have a desire to turn Mizuki into a girl per say... Loki did it for the lulz. If Mizuki all of a sudden wanted to be a girl and with Takeru and everyone around them accepted this... how would this produce any fun for Loki? So the more Mizuki becomes comfortable with being a girl, the closer we are to having Loki turn everything upside down. But as I said, before that happens I'm sure that if Mizuki suddenly decided that she liked Takeru the boy simply because Mizuki liked being a girl -- then Loki would turn Yumeko into a boy just to make remove that difference... leaving Mizuki to decide who she really liked not based on gender but on the actual person.

Seriously not enough doujins of this series, and I truly hope this becomes canon (Yes, I know I'm boring) If not, I wouldn't mind a genderbent Yumeko hooking up with (f) Mizuki :)

I'd say it's pretty obvious that Yumeko is the "decoy love interest". There's just far too little real romantic development between her and Mizuki, especially when compared to Mizuki and Takeru.
She feels exactly like the kind of character that's used to in the long run drive the main parring closer by acting as a rival to one of (both of?) them.

Also there's always the possibility of other Norse gods getting involved later, it's pretty much par for the course that at some point Odin gets sick of Loki's shit and does something about it.
