Ditto. The last page of the first story has a pretty big run on sentence stuffed into one panel- and the tone of speech changes midway, which means it would probably be staggered out over multiple panels.
Also all the bathroom noises on the next page seem really atypically presented for manga.
There's a whole bunch of other lines that don't seem to match up with what's going on visually, but I haven't read that much of Saiyazumi translated so maybe that's normal for them.
Edit: Oh christ, these are double translated. Sucks man. Oh well.

@DJjames and IHavoc: It's probably a secondary translation from Spanish or Portuguese. From the dozen-or-so translations in those languages that I've checked with the raw, it seems dialogue gets "streamlined" considerably.
