I made an investigation and apparently this is a work of バリキオス (Barikios), I'm not pretty sure but maybe this work is incomplete, the book as 20 pages, but I’m not sure.
Searching even more, the fox in this history appear lots in the twitter of the artist; there is a lot of art and even a second kitsune (a silver one).
I’m interested in make a Spanish translation of this, but anyone knows who the original translator of this English edition?

I was already sold on the "Yandere" part of the name, add in Fox Girl and you can expect me to love it.

EDIT: Scratch that, this broke my heart.
It hits you hard that she is very lonely yet dangerous and how she's sealed kinda looks like a scene of getting dragged to hell.
It was good but very, very, very depressing. I was pissed in the morining and depressed in the evening.

There is written on it, that he felt sad about what happend to the Fox and if its possible, that somebody of his Family should help her. He broke the Seal, opend the Door and found a the Fox Girl who was laying rolled up and wept so bitterly that she didnt noticed the young Man.
He felt a sting in his Heart when he saw this View. Carefully he took her, hugged her tight and stroked her gently over her Hair. She stoped to cry and looked at him, still with wet Eyes. "You came back" she stuttered. The young Man kissed her Forehead and answered "Not really, but you dont have to worry anymore. I wont leave you" and stroked her Cheek. Than he left the Shrine with her.
A few Years later at a Veranda. We can see the young Man is sitting next to a Fox Woman. One of his Hands is resting on her shoulder, while the other one is on her Belly and both of her Hands are holding his Hands. A simple golden Ring shines at her Ringfinger. They look each other in the Eyes and she asks him with a sweet Voice "And have you decided a Name?"

@ felino I'm seriously confused at all of my Spanish bros who have good English skills, yet think they suck at using them. Also it should be obvious that she doesn't actually kill anyone in the family, but causes massive disasters, the females in the family and wive's/girlfriends died, so they blamed her believing that she was the one killing them when it wasn't her(From what we've seen, she actually might've but we weren't show that..). She instead thinks that she's being kept there for causing disasters to happen.

Actually, if you look in the top left panel of page 4...she's doing voodoo. She very definitely killed Hanzou's loved ones. Also, she said YET. I remember this being pointed out in another place when I went hunting around for more from this artist, I guess it hadn't been said here.
Also note that his girlfriend /immediately/ got better as soon as he sealed the fox deity. It's all really sad, but it is undeniable that the little adorable is seriously cracked in the mind after all the years of isolation and humans she knows dying, and make no mistake, if left as it was, she would have ended his girlfriends life out of jealousy. Sad, but necessary. That fox girl needs someone with a fulltime schedule dedicated to treating her instability, and there just isn't that many people with that kind of time to spare /and/ no one important to them for the fox to be jealous of and curse.

Incidentally, if I recall a bunch of the lore I've read correctly, I think her having two tails implies she's only 200 years old. Assuming the author intended that meaning, it says that she's definitely not used to being a deity for humans yet, and especially not to the idea that she will outlive every single one of them she ever meets, regardless of whether she likes or hates them. Definitely would cause her to crack under the pressure as that realization slowly sinks in.

Really the fox girl has done some atrocious things, From killing every female in ones life its a horrible way of keeping someone at your side. The way the protagonist valued his girlfriend enough to seal away the demon and in a way avenge the souls the fox has killed was quite brilliant. Usually in situations like this they try to fix or mend the spirit, however I think she was too long gone for that. Hopefully she comes to peace in the after life.
