Ickya, there is one, it's a plugin called Animtools, it allows all sorts of different positions, it's on the SDTMods site along with lot's of position files.

Instructions for those laggy or can't wait for loading every mod.

First of all: These methode is not load everything, so you will be don't get all the same, but its not use 400+ Mb and not laggy.

1.: Download the modpack from the first comment.
2: Unzip/Unrar it,
3: Download modloader from here: http://www.sdtmods.com/index.php?topic=91.0
4: Unzip/Unrar it.
5: Run the Modloader from the third point. (Loader.swf,eg: drag it to a browser)
6: Select a new char (eg: SD Chan)
7: In Menu -> Modding click on Import swf (NOT hair!)
8: Browse from the first point loader Modloader 8/Mods/$INIT$ the mods what you want to use in this sequence:
- general mods from (modloader 8/Mods/$INIT$/
=dialogpatchV2.swf (not important, patch dialoges)
=hairlayerpatchV1.swf (important)
=X-Ray_2.0.swf (not important, only if you want the X-ray mod)
- hair from Mods/$INIT$/moreclothingmods/hairs
- clothes from: Mods/$INIT$/moreclothingmods/
- backround from Mods/$INIT$/moreclothingmods/backrounds/

9: Customize char, except breast and body size (the outfits aren't dinamic!)
10: If you change cloths and hair first reset the imported mods (reverse arrow next to the import swf mod button), but you need to reload hair/clothes too... (general mods not needed to reload)

Edit:
If you want, you can load this too from mods folder:
- Inflantion ( inflate stomach when cum in DT, can't unload, need refresh, to reset)
- Tentacles (change the male person to tentacles, can't unload, need refresh to reset)
