p3: “To try and run away from me… alright?” - This line actually puts the previous one in better context. This means the entire exchange starting from p2 can be written as “It’s not good to try to run away from me… Okay?”
p4: “It’s fine if you don’t want to?” - “It’s fine if you don’t want to.”
p7: “Onii-chan’s cheating penis is delicious, too?” - “Onii-chan’s cheating penis is delicious, too.”
p8: “If you’re seen, I don’t mind at all?” - This line can also be rearranged to sound better: “I don’t mind at all if you’re/we’re seen.”

@aurumauriga Since those minor and petty mistakes are the only things you found, and could be perceived as somewhat sketchy (and correctly so, if we follow English sentence structure) I'm gonna go out on a limb too. English is not Japanese, sentence structure is completely different(ofc) and different ways of speaking casually exist. I don't know if you've noticed, but in translations it's very common to find phrases such as "That's a cat, isn't it?" When in English, question reporting wouldn't be used in many of those scenarios. Studying Japanese at a very rudimentary level confirmed my suspicions. Sometimes, you need to do things differently so they don't get lost in translation, Kokoro was probably written to speak that way, questioning every statement she makes.
