Couple of grammatical errors I noticed at first glance:

pg.5: Well then, before anyone notice us...--> add a "s" to "notice" (to make "notices") for tensing consistency. Same reason you would say "It feels so good" vs "It feel so good"

pg.8: The cats and the owner is no where to be seen --> change "is" to "are" for plurality consistency. Secondly, change "no where" to "nowhere." It's very uncommon to separate the two words when one word would have sufficed.

pg.9: I'll be the one whom gonna serve you today --> "Whom" doesn't work here since she's referring to herself and is therefore not the recipient of the serving (further details can be found elsewhere online). "Who's" or "Who is" would be a better fit, though I'd place preference to "Who's"

pg.12: Could it be that Mutsuo sama --> add the "-" between Mutsuo and sama for consistency (you do the same throughout the chapter anyways)

pg.13: Didn't I told you that --> change "told" to "tell"

pg.14: Give you all kind of service --> add "s" to "service" (so services)

pg.16: Uh...This is the first time I feel something like this... --> change "feel" to "felt"
