Doesn't look like it's Asanagi or at least not the same Asanagi we know.

Also this work is dated as 2004.08.15, but "Victim Girls" (https://e-hentai.org/g/16325/6cd6851c8d/) dated as 2004.12.30.
Completely different style.

Asanagi of Fatalpulse fame signs his work 朝凪, pronounced "Asanagi"
This Asanagi signs his work あさなぎ, also pronounced "Asanagi"
Because they're spelled differently, so googling it wouldn't have turned it up, and because Fatalpulse Asanagi is mostly referred to as just Fatalpulse, this Asanagi probably just didn't know that the handle he picked was currently being used by one of the best artists in the industry. An unfortunate, but understandable mistake.
