I can only guess, but I think MC was fired and then the first girl leaves the mc and fucks the boss so mc gets back his job.
The glass one was just in love with mc? and leave him when the other one came back.

I need a translation too but my limited Japanese tells me that the first girl and the boss were in a physical relationship but due to some circumstances she ended up moving into the MC's house to take care of him. I believe the boss is the MC's relative, possibly his neglectful asshole of a father. After some time with the girl and the MC living together and being in a semi-relationship he tries to take ownership of the house he lives in, which I think his late mother left him. It seems like this requires the father's signature, but the MC resents having to interact with him again. So the girl secretly takes the paperwork and leaves the MC. She strikes a devil's deal with the boss: he signs the papers but in exchange she returns to his company to be his fucktoy. Heartbroken, the MC is comforted by his co-worker, glasses girl. Eventually, the glasses girl contacts the first girl and tells her to set things straight with the MC. She returns and both affirm their true feelings for one another. MC gets the house and the girl, the end.

The only thing that's missing from all this is exactly how the girl got away from the boss.

That he couldn't do anything about the asshole father and Azusa got herself fucked by the dad even after having been in a relationship with the protag leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Combined with the fact that the dad is who sent her to him initially feels like he pretty much controlled his son's love life as he pleased - he started it, then he NTR'd it and nearly ended it.

At least make the dad die in an accident or heart attack or muder by rival yakuza or something lol

The problem in your logic is that she was already in a relationship with the old guy before the kid and then fell for him but not enought to fight for it. If you turn it around it seems more that the kid stole the old guy's lover at the end.

After thinking a bit about it yes you have a point @Wilfriback and if we see things by this point (she left the guy) meaning she wasnt in a relationship with him when she started fucking the dad all over again, it doesnt make it ntr nor cheating, its like you break up with someone have sex with other ppl and them go back 2 each other, and if this goes by ntr then a tag for the mc in the cheating department is also needed since he had sex with the glasses girl.
