The gist of the page is that Asuna is going to try to force the GM to make her a futa because it's boring just using toys, so that's what she's leaving to do. The phrase "strike while the iron is hot" is an idiomatic translation, but in this case it loses some of the meaning. The original phrase in Japanese is "good things/deeds should be done quickly," and when Asuna says it Kirito questions whether what she intends to do should be deemed "good."
