Okay. So from what I can gather through the pictures given and from the shoddy Google Translation of the product's page on DLSite and Nomad's own site, the point of view is from the husband and the story follows the route where the wife breaks off the secret adulterous relationship with the Father-in-law. Things seem to be going well for the couple two installments in, and they even seem to have a more proactive sex life (I think the wife even takes the advice from the father-in-law to wear the school outfit we see here because he thinks the son will love it). However, as grass grows and birds fly, something happens and the wife and father-in-law revive their relationship, and I think the husband knew about it or eventually finds out and sets about to stop it. Whether he actually does will remain to be seen. And that's my speculation so far.
It keeps saying something about a childhood friend and a class reunion too, but I don't know where those come into play.

This is also for shoddy translation software but there is a class reunion where the MC goes to see all his old classmates. One of his old classmates is surprised that he hooked up with the girl. I forget exactly what the old classmate was, like boyfriend or whatnot, but he ends up saying some stuff (lewd) about his wife and MC gets mad.

Later on, classmate gets injured (forget what happened) and no one else is there to help him so eventually, MC and female lead decide to help him. MC, of course, gets kind of worried that his wife is there alone with this guy who obviously has feelings for her. As he's having doubts...

She is alone with him and with typical NTR, he gets boner and she decides to help with a handjob. Later, MC decides to visit hospital and no one is in his room but he does find his cell phone where he sees an explicit picture of his wife. I think he goes to the bathroom to "relieve" himself but then drills the guy on the image. Guy decides to delete it (not really) but MC decides that is good enough.

Cuts to when the image was made and again, classmate needs help again and she agrees but to use her breasts this time.

Finally classmate is well and MC is happy that she no longer needs to help but later classmate asks female lead on a date (more like pleads). She brings it up to MC who I think can reject or allow it. She goes to break off all ties. MC knows and brings wife's sister along to investigate. They eventually find them visiting a hotel where they peak inside to find him starting to fool around with her. He passes out and when he wakes up, I believe he assumes his wife decided to stop it from going further.

In actuality, (cuts to what really happened) the classmate ended up having sex with her (likely when he was passed out) but that ends all ties.

Something like that. Someone can probably clarify on some things.
