The ending of chapter 5: The second woman who comes in on pg. 115 represents Mori Production, and gives the three fledgling idols their big break, signing them to a contract. However, she guess at his methods for how he got the girls to overcome not handling being around guys well, and worries that that, plus living with a guy, will lead to a scandal. So the Mori Pro lady asks the MC to separate himself from the idol trio for their sake. He decides to do so to let them accomplish their dream, and leaves Tokyo and goes back to his mother and grandmother's in Osaka.

Chapter 6 (p. 141) has him back in Osaka, and his mom gets him to help other aspiring idols in Osaka through sex (one had too much stress, another too negative, another didn't want to show her skin, all had Osaka accents), though it's just not the same as the other trio, who are really full-fledged idols now. Then they show up in front of him. To be continued.
