iirc pop9 doesn't scan those himself, but rips scans off some chink site, and it's them who use potatoes to scan. Shit scan is better than no scan, but I personally avoid downloading Nasen's and pop9's releases. I know sooner or later they'll get proper scans.

This is better than nothing, a high quality vs low quality scan actually means little to people with brains.
