@Yosh_ The translator is obviously the same like for the first two chapters. He thinks he will get in trouble because of Wani, even though Kizashi isn't even released in a Wani magazine. The artist just happens to publish occasionally for them. He took almost a year for translating a new chapter. I guess he will be done with it in 2018 or something.
