Okay, I don't want to start a shit storm this early, I usually save them for night before I go to bed but I don't see pages 7 and 8 having hairs but 9 page does. Both page 7 and 8 the "hairs" are both purple in hue and are not a constant thickness as in some points it is thicker and some it is thinner. Looking at page 9 it does look like a hair since it is black and the thickness is constant. Plus the lines that are mistaken for hairs could be the artist showing that the character is waving her hands in such a way to show the movement with a faint line. Yet the hair on page 9 doesn't have anything like that.
