Quick and dirty summary of pg 31-32:

Megumi mentions how Tomoya often tells her that she doesn't have enough self-consciousness as a heroine, like how she's got little presence, or how her character's flat, etc.
She then "reveals" to everyone that she's actually quite popular, to the point of receiving love letters every now and then. Of course, she just didn't mention it before.

(The other girls get quite irritated by this.)

Megumi finally points out that, maybe... it's Tomoya who has a boring personality and not her. Thus, she proposes to change the title into "How to Raise a Boring Boyfri------".

She's un/fortunately axe-kicked by Michiru before she finishes her sentence.

The rest of the cast then apologize to the reader for wasting their time.
(Poor Izumi complains not having enough scenes.)
