The last page with Rena says:
Rena: "It's not a shotgun wedding!"
Old man: "To think I'd get married..."

and the paragraph is author comments: he's thanking the readers, talking about how he was interested in manga since he was very young and thanking Wani for giving him a chance and thanking his staff.

The last story is the epilogue to Wildflower's Poem, I only translated part 1, but part 2 ends with the dude about to get conscripted for service at WW2, the epilogue shows he had a dream where he returned home in Shouwa 20(1945, when the war ended) after getting bombed, he survives and gets captured after that, and ends up returning home in Shouwa 20 like he dreamed.
