The Steam version has no eroscenes whatsoever. There is a patch to put them back in, and there is the non-Steam version which has them already included. As it's a JP game, all scenes are censored.

EDIT: You're using Steam's built-in screenshot tool, right? That's why. Just use Windows's built-in screenshot function instead (ALT+PrintScreen) then paste into your favorite image editor. Orrrrrrrrr actually be a pro and rip the game resources directly, because that's the proper way to do it. Just sayin'.

The thing is, Steam 18+ patched version will blurred the whole screen if you take screenshot at 18+ scene.

I'm asking if the non-steam 18+ version (from denpasoft ?) got that problem as well. Which I'm assuming it should not, but I still gonna ask anyway.
