While the crappy scan we have for the collected volume doesn't have any credits, Mugi gives the 1998 year for that. I cannot locate any date in the first volume (this one), but part two has a credit page with 1997, so I am reasonably sure Mugi is simply missing the entries for the first two books. Anyway, enjoy this and the following high res digital verions of some very classic stuff from oh, almost 20 years ago.
