These soooooorta look like Kadath characters. Think that may be what the ending is.

It's a reference to his other comic in which the characters appear. The sheep is the antagonist, a born again Christian type. The two characters at the end are suggesting that she takes the stick out of her ass once a week so that she can do anal.
