For a second I was really thinking that the art might've been done by Wacana (Sakura Spirit/Angles/ect, Winged Cloud games) for a second because of the art style and how similar it is at first glance from the cover.

I looked into it a couple of months back and actually came to the conclusion that Wanaca and Vioka were the same person, but apparently that's not the case?
For what it's worth, it seems like Wanaca doesn't draw girls with anything less than a D cup, so there's one big difference, but Sakura Dungeon is obviously based off of this. Same gameplay, same map, female protagonist, not a single penis in sight. (Unless they're both based off of something different.)

It's not just those similarities, if they're different people they've also actually outright worked on a browser game called Cute Hero before too, either together or independently.

It's possible they're like Metal Owl and Ero Doll, where they have very similar art styles just from interacting with each other frequently.
That and presumably tonee89's accounts would've been affected with an outage at some point if they were the same person with how impulsive Wanaca is with abandoning their online profiles out of boredom, a lack of interest, or outright deleting those art archives like the wanaca90 DA account because apparently that somehow gives you more free time than just abandoning them.
