Since I can't find the translated volume 3 anywhere this a message for anyone who comes across this curious about the ending.

Roughly what happened in the ending was..

1st) Found out that MC and main love interest (MLI) ended up switching each time they had sex MC went from man to woman and MLI went from woman to futa and vice versa.
2nd) MC said all they cared about was being with MLI as a woman or a man it didn't matter asked to marry the MLI.
3rd) Now on to the last few pages with the lolita looking girl. They are actually the crossdressing guy and this is roughly 10-11 years later.
4th) They visit the MC who is still female and the MLI then question how they had 4 kids (They don't know the MLI can become a futa.)
5th) It is implied MC as a man did marry the MLI and they were together for a few years but they fell out and split up for 2 years.
6th) As for who carried the kids its implied the MC remains female if they get pregnant so I think the first 2 were the male and female twins and the 2nd the black haired one was carried by the MC.
7th) I think they split up after the birth of the black haired kid and since the MC was stuck as female. The MC hooked up with the male rapist/pervert guy and had a kid.
8th) The MLI returns sees the MC pregnant and decide to reconcile? Then I think the MC and the MLI get married to the rapist/pervert guy.
9th) It is also implied the rapist pervert guy got the MC knocked up again which is why they are still female since the MC had just given birth so the rapist/pervert guy took over the MC's job at the shrine.
10th) This is being explained to the crossdresser the whole time who was also another Love interest for the MC back in volume 2 did strip the MC but never sexually assaulted them like the rapist/pervert did.

Not the biggest fan of the ending myself seems strange to make the main love interest swap in and out as a futa to match the MC swapping between male and female to then involve the worst love interest in the series as not only a father to the MC's kids but also their husband. Especially when all the other better love interests other than the MLI all get no closure like the reverse trap in Volume 1 and the rapist/pervert's sister in Volume 2. Also they spent 3 volumes stressing the importance of the romance between the MC and the MLI only for them to break up at one point and get in a 3 way marriage when at no point were any feelings shown towards the rapist/pervert guy.

I can only guess the MC got so addicted to dick they didn't want to be male anymore since both the MC and MLI assist with shrine duties while looking after the kids. Also it is implied 3 out of the 5 kids were carried by the MC. It would explain why the MLI also married the guy since that would be the only way she would get dick. I guess only in hentai world can you sexually assault and rape your childhood friend turned female then get rewarded with multiple wives. Not the worst ending but I don't understand why they ever got with the guy at all it would have been fine if they didn't add that in.
