Since nobody else has done it, me and a friend decided to have a go at translating this one. I Think it turned out pretty decent.

Assuming this is your first translation, some tips:
- If it's in a bubble, translate it. Even if it's just an あ or ん. It's especially noticeable here, since the first four bubbles are all untranslated, so someone taking a quick look at the first page might conclude that it's not translated at all.
- Font size is way too small. Make it as large as possible, without touching the sides or making it seem like characters are shouting (unless they are shouting.)
- Align text to center, not to left.
- Your font is bland as fuck.
- Proofread your shit. Lots of missing apostrophe's (its/it's, hes, dont), some capitalization issues.

A minor nitpick: the upright part of a submarine is called the sail.

Edit: Looks like most major issues have been addressed. Font's still not the best, but that's not a big deal. Props for responding and learning from constructive criticism.

After translating something myself, I can now notice the problems with this. None of the small sound effects and minor speech bubbles are translated and the font is quite ugly. Editing the image to remove the words is a pain if you don't have the original drawing, but it's not all that difficult to make a compromise and just cover the old text with the new stuff (if you can't be bothered erasing it and redrawing what was behind).
I don't know if photoshop was used for this, but if you didn't, and don't want to have to pay, then use Krita and GIMP. Krita is the best free digital art software, as far as I'm aware, and GIMP is a great Image editor that can do everything Krita can't. Alternate between these for it, and you basically have photoshop.
All you need to do is then use "Wild Words" for the main font, and bam. You got a decent translation.
My 2 translations have been of good quality, and I had no previous skill, so anyone should be able to do the same as I have.
